The house sits to the far left of the housing estate with no houses directly overlooking.
The garden is a combination of paving and gravel with a small amount of low maintenance shrubs and flowers. Double doors from the living rooms make the paved area to the right of the house ideal for barbeques.
The house looks out onto a grassed space perfect for kids (and Dad's) who like to kick a ball around.
The living room has a large sofa, arm chair and contemporary chair with footstool.
The 32" flat screen TV has freeview channels, but you can also find a DVD player beneath. Also in the TV unit is a selection of board games and some popular DVD's.
The open gas fire quickly takes the winter chill off of the room when you want to get cozy in the evenings or after a long autumnal beach walk.
The kitchen has:
...and is fully stocked with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, knives, mixing & serving bowls etc.
The dining area has a large table which easily seats 6 people.
The downstairs bathroom is situated just inside the front door with a small sink and toilet.
The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet. There is a heated towel rail to warm your towels before stepping out.
There are stairs from the downstairs hall, with banisters running up the left side, to the hall upstairs. Directly opposite the top of the stairs is a large cupboard for storage.
The large Master Bedroom has a solid wood double bed. There are touch sensitive lights on tables either side of the bed for night time reading. There is a large drawer unit at the end of the bed and a large built-in wardrobe in the corner of room.
The en-suite bathroom compromises a toilet, sink with cupboard underneath and large power-shower in a spacious cubical. To keep you warm when stepping out onto the tiles, there is a heated towel rail to warm your towel whilst you shower.
This is the larger of the two twin rooms. There is a tall drawer unit and free standing wardrobe in the corner of the room. A black out blind ensures you only need to wake when you're ready!
This twin room, decorated in neutral colours, creates a tranquil environment for you to drop off to sleep. There is a large wardrobe with floor length mirror at the bottom of the beds.
